Spire Healthcare is pleased to announce an opportunity for a Bank Clinical Physiotherapy Specialist to become part of our skilled and enthusiastic team. This role involves providing coverage for weekend shifts within our wards.

Our facility in Redbridge offers a wide range of private healthcare services, including outpatient consultations, physiotherapy, surgical procedures, and diagnostic services. The hospital is equipped with 24 inpatient beds and 16 day case rooms, known as 'pods'. Our amenities include four operating theatres, an endoscopy suite, two extended recovery units, a pharmacy, and radiology services.

Key Responsibilities

You will be responsible for delivering high-quality physiotherapy assessments, diagnoses, treatments, and guidance to patients in both the outpatient department and wards, depending on your qualifications. You will collaborate with the team to establish and clarify responsibilities for patient assessments, considering their needs and any associated risks. Utilizing your clinical reasoning abilities, you will formulate treatment plans tailored to each patient, taking into account their physiotherapy requirements, risks, and overall wellbeing.

Ideal Candidate Profile

Must hold HCPC registration without any restrictions or conditions. A minimum of 2 years of experience in Inpatient Physiotherapy is required. Previous experience in a hospital setting is preferred. Respiratory physiotherapy experience is essential. Strong communication skills, organizational abilities, and a commitment to exceptional patient care are necessary.
