Clinical/Counselling Psychologist

About the Role
The NELFT NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a highly skilled Clinical/Counselling Psychologist to join our Rough Sleepers Mental Health Team. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a multidisciplinary team to provide specialist mental health services to individuals experiencing homelessness.
Key Responsibilities
- Contribute to the development and implementation of psychological interventions for individuals experiencing homelessness
- Provide clinical supervision to junior staff members and trainees
- Collaborate with other professionals to develop and deliver training opportunities for staff
- Work closely with the Redbridge Lead Psychologist to ensure high-quality clinical services
Requirements
- Postgraduate qualification in Clinical Psychology or Counselling Psychology
- HCPC registration as a Practitioner Psychologist
- Experience of working in community mental health at a senior level
- Knowledge of local mental health pathways and voluntary organizations
