Intelligent Industries Consultant

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Intelligent Industries Consultant. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with our clients to deliver high-profile, impactful projects that drive business transformation and growth.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and deliver commercially attractive deals that drive business growth and transformation
- Take on overall responsibility for delivering successful business transformation projects, including asset management and digital transformation initiatives
- Develop thought-leading points of view on how digitisation can transform operations and deliver significant value
- Support and guide clients in the development of their asset management strategies, implementation roadmaps, and supporting investment cases
- Define future business and organisation models for asset-intensive organisations, while developing an integrated view of the people, technology, and information impacts of enabling these models
- Direct and mentor the development of digital asset management skills by Capgemini personnel, taking overall ownership for the development of staff and ensuring they maintain industry-relevant skills
- Responsible for asset investment planning project execution, including policy design for maintenance, repair, and replacement
- Build and maintain relationships with current and new clients
- A successful track record of identifying opportunities, developing, shaping, and delivering business transformation projects
- Experience of working in consultancy and a strong understanding and experience in asset and material management
- Experience of working within asset-intensive organisations (ideally energy, utilities, or transportation) and in the asset management space
- Understand industry best practices together with their application and use this to support clients in the optimisation of construction and operational asset management programmes
- Significant experience of digital transformation programme design and delivery
- Good practical knowledge and experience of industrial internet of things (IIoT), digital twin, connected assets, cloud solutions, data analytics, automation, and control, and how these concepts can be used to transform business operations
- Significant experience of digital asset management software systems and an understanding of their current development trends, including SAP PM/MM, Maximo, OSI PI, Aspen, PTC, Primavera, Prometheus, GE Predix, Bentley, NRX Asset Hub, etc.
- Sound knowledge of asset management lifecycle, asset management information, turnaround management, work planning and execution, as well as reliability engineering, programme, and project management skills
- Good familiarity with international asset management standards
- Proven ability to be successful in a matrixed organisation, and to enlist support and commitment from peers in selling and delivering consulting solutions
- Experience of proposition building and delivery
- Business development - utilising a combination of the organisation's broader pre-existing relationships, company relationships, and your own network, you'll be generating £2m of consulting revenues

Whilst you will have London, Manchester, or Glasgow as an office base location, you must be fully flexible in terms of assignment location, as these roles may involve periods of time away from home at short notice.
