Why this role?

Using your extensive industry knowledge and experience of delivering significant transformation initiatives, you will work with our clients to identify, shape, and deliver significant digital transformation programs. You will take on leadership roles, drawing together teams of talented professionals from across Capgemini's business units to develop and realize solutions that digitize and optimize processes across the value chain.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, shape, and deliver commercially attractive deals
  • Take on overall responsibility for delivering successful business transformation projects
  • Develop Capgemini's profile in target sectors through developing thought-leading points of view on how digitization can transform operations and deliver significant value
  • Support and guide our clients in the development of their asset management strategies, implementation roadmaps, and supporting investment cases
  • Define future business and organization models for asset-intensive organizations while also developing an integrated view of the people, technology, and information impacts of enabling these models
  • Direct and mentor the development of Digital Asset Management skills by Capgemini personnel, take overall ownership for the developing staff, and ensure that they maintain industry-relevant skills
  • Responsible for Asset Investment Planning project execution with policy design for maintenance, repair, and replacement
  • Build and maintain relationships with current and new clients

We'd love to meet someone with:

  • A successful track record of identifying opportunities, developing, shaping, and delivering business transformation projects
  • Experience of working in consultancy and a strong understanding and experience in asset and material management
  • Experience of working within asset-intensive organizations (ideally energy, utilities, or transportation) and in the asset management space
  • Understand industry best practices together with their application and use this to support clients in the optimization of construction and operational asset management programs
  • Significant experience of digital transformation program design and delivery
  • Good practical knowledge and experience of Industrial Internet of Things (IIoT), digital twin, connected assets, cloud solutions, data analytics, automation, and control, and how these concepts can be used to transform business operations
  • Significant experience of digital asset management software systems and an understanding of their current development trends
  • Sound knowledge of Asset Management Lifecycle, Asset management information, Turnaround Management, Work Planning and Execution, as well as Reliability Engineering, Programme and Project Management skills
  • Good familiarity with international Asset Management Standards
  • Proven ability to be successful in a matrixed organization, and to enlist support and commitment from peers in selling and delivering consulting solutions
  • Experience of proposition building and delivery

Business Development: Utilizing a combination of the organization's broader pre-existing relationships, company relationships, and your own network, you'll be generating £2m of consulting revenues.

Whilst you will have London, Manchester, or Glasgow as an office base location, you must be fully flexible in terms of assignment location, as these roles may involve periods of time away from home at short notice.
