Job Description

**Property Investment Consultant Vacancy**

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced sales professional to join our team at TK Property Group. As a Property Investment Sales Professional, you will be responsible for representing our company and its investment opportunities to potential clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain relationships with existing and potential clients to promote our property investment opportunities.
  • Conduct thorough research and analysis of client needs and preferences to identify suitable investment opportunities.
  • Provide expert advice and guidance to clients on property investment options, including yields, interest rates, and return on investment.
  • Work closely with our team to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the financials surrounding property investments.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in sales and business development, preferably in the property investment industry.
  • Strong knowledge of property investment options, including yields, interest rates, and return on investment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • IT literate with experience using CRM systems, phone systems, Microsoft Office, and other business software.
  • Ability to work efficiently and effectively in a fast-paced environment.
