We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Registered Nurse to join our team at the Pembrokeshire Haematology and Oncology Day Unit (PHODU) at Withybush General Hospital, Haverfordwest.
Key Responsibilities- Provide safe, individualized, and effective standards of care to patients receiving Systemic Anti-Cancer Therapy (SACT)
- Develop skills and knowledge in cannulation, phlebotomy, central lines management, and safe administration of SACT
- Work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality patient care
- Current NMC Registration
- Awareness of Health Board Policies, Procedures, and Guidelines
- Experience of providing holistic nursing care
- Degree in Nursing
- Evidence of post-registration study and training, e.g. POVA
- Clear understanding of clinical governance framework
Welsh language skills are desirable, but not essential.
