About the Role

ENG Bauen is seeking an experienced Document Controller to support our project teams across the UK and Europe. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing project-related documentation, ensuring compliance with company procedures and guidelines, and maintaining a high level of organization and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate the distribution of project documentation to internal teams and stakeholders
  • Develop and maintain efficient filing systems for physical and digital records
  • Ensure compliance with company procedures and guidelines for document management
  • Collaborate with project teams to identify and implement process improvements
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders to ensure smooth communication and documentation exchange
Requirements
  • Previous experience working as a Document Controller in EPC/Engineering companies
  • Experience with document management systems, including document issuance and archive activities
  • Exceptional administration and organizational skills for document storage and upkeep of the document register
  • Experience with Omega PIMS Document Control Module or similar document control software
  • Experience expediting vendor documentation
