Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a proven track record in meeting and exceeding sales targets, experience in B2B sales, particularly in professional services, strong commercial acumen and professionalism, excellent communication skills, capable of engaging with business directors, and the ability to manage and coach team members effectively.

You will also need to be a collaborative team player with a passion for winning, challenging tradition, growth, inspiration, and family values.

What We Offer

We offer a generous salary of £60,000 - £70,000 depending on qualifications and experience, company car or car allowance, free daily lunch, 30 days holiday (including bank holidays), flexible working hours, profit share scheme, commission on new clients, medical insurance, reward lunches, and team-building days.
