Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Sales Ledger and Billing Officer to join our established finance team at our Head Office. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring the Group achieves cash collection targets and minimizes debts of concern.

Key Responsibilities

  • Raise sales invoices in line with customer invoicing terms and pre-agreed systemized billing setup.
  • Chase local authority accounts for payment of invoices and deal with queries.
  • Allocate cash received against the ledger.
  • Reduce current debtor days on the ledger to agreed targets, per customer, per region.

Requirements

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to network at all levels.
  • Proven proficiency using Microsoft Word packages.
  • Experience within a similar role and chasing local authorities for payments.
