Engagement Activities Manager

Position Overview:
Hourly compensation - £11.58 per hour

Weekly hours may include evenings and weekends.


In this role, you will be responsible for orchestrating and implementing enriching, individualized activities that resonate with the interests and needs of our residents. Your leadership will inspire both residents and staff, fostering an environment where every day is filled with joy and meaningful interactions.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Design and execute high-quality, engaging activities for all residents.
2. Ensure that residents living with cognitive impairments have equal access to engaging opportunities.
3. Facilitate excellent communication and interaction between staff and residents.
4. Enhance mealtime experiences, making them a highlight of the day.
5. Cultivate and maintain strong connections with the local community.
