Position: Care Support Worker (Nights)

Compensation: £12.85 per hour (nights)

Average Weekly Hours: 24.75 + potential for extra hours

Daily Responsibilities:

As a Care Support Worker, your role will involve assisting with personal care and support tasks, empowering our service users to make informed decisions while promoting their independence and dignity in accordance with their individualized care plans.

You will collaborate with a team, fostering strong relationships with both colleagues and service users, participating in and supporting wellbeing initiatives and activities, and helping to create a safe and engaging atmosphere.

You will respond promptly to call bells and emergencies, delivering person-centered care and support while effectively communicating with other healthcare professionals and community partners as necessary.
