As a Care Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our service users, enabling them to maintain their independence and dignity.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with personal care and support tasks, including bathing, dressing, and toileting.
- Support service users with their daily routines, including meal times and medication.
- Respond to call bells and emergencies in a timely manner.
- Communicate effectively with service users, colleagues, and medical professionals.
- Participate in wellbeing events and activities to promote a safe and engaging environment.
