About the Role:

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Care Support Worker to join our team at Sydney House in Stalham. As a Care Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our service users, enabling them to maintain their independence and dignity.

About You:

We are looking for someone who is passionate about delivering exceptional care and support, and who shares our core values of caring completely, collaborating proactively, acting with integrity, pursuing better, and making it happen.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist with personal care and support tasks, enabling service users to make informed choices and maintain their independence.
  • Build strong relationships with colleagues and service users, participating in wellbeing events and activities, and promoting a safe and engaging environment.
  • Respond to call bells and emergencies in a timely manner, providing person-centred care and support, and communicating with other medical professionals and community stakeholders as required.

About Sydney House:

Sydney House is our care home in the North Norfolk village of Stalham, providing dedicated care and support to up to 40 people. We are committed to delivering high-quality care and support, and we are looking for someone who shares our vision and values.
