About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Development Representative to join our team at Pareto. As a Sales Development Representative, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building relationships with clients, and driving revenue growth for our organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and qualify new business leads through research and outreach efforts

Requirements
  • Education: Degree level or equivalent experience
  • Communication and interpersonal skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues
  • Business acumen: Strong understanding of sales principles, business development, and market trends
  • Technical skills: Proficient in using sales tools and software, with the ability to learn new technologies quickly
  • Adaptability and flexibility: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, adapt to changing priorities, and meet deadlines
