Employment Law Adviser

Watershed is seeking an experienced Employment Law Adviser to join our team. As a key member of our advisory team, you will provide expert guidance on employment law and employee relations to our clients.

We are looking for someone with a strong background in employment law and HR, with extensive experience in advising businesses on employment law and employee relations. You will be responsible for providing advice on a wide range of matters, including long-term sickness cases, reasonable adjustments, and other employment law issues.

As an Employment Law Adviser, you will work closely with our clients to understand their needs and provide tailored advice to help them navigate the complexities of employment law. You will also be responsible for staying up-to-date with changes in employment law and ensuring that our clients are aware of their obligations and rights.

This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires a high level of technical competence and knowledge of employment law and employee relations. If you have a passion for employment law and a strong desire to help businesses succeed, we would love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide expert guidance on employment law and employee relations to clients
  • Advise on a wide range of employment law matters, including long-term sickness cases and reasonable adjustments
  • Stay up-to-date with changes in employment law and ensure clients are aware of their obligations and rights
  • Work closely with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored advice
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in employment law and/or employee relations advising and supporting businesses
  • Solid technical competence and knowledge of employment law and employee relations
  • The right to work in the UK and a full driving licence
