Employment Law Specialist Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Employment Law Specialist to join our team at The Portfolio Group. As a key member of our UK Legal Team, you will work closely with our employment law advisory service, Litigation Executive teams, and Senior Leadership Team to provide expert advice and representation in employment tribunal cases.

Key Responsibilities
  • Review allocated claims brought against clients in the Employment Tribunal, preparing the case, including approving drafted pleadings, disclosure exercises, and bundles of documents.
  • Provide clear assessments of client cases, identifying and managing risks to the client, including cost implications.
  • Represent client interests wholly and present all legal arguments relevant.
Requirements
  • Advocacy experience, ideally within employment law.
  • Hold a full valid driving licence and can work autonomously and independently.

This is a fantastic opportunity to work from home and within the field, representing clients in employment tribunal cases. We are looking for candidates who are confident, articulate, and legally qualified, with direct employment law experience.
