Key Responsibilities:

  • Advise and support clients on employment law matters, including conducting preliminary and full merits tribunal hearings.
  • Lead and manage a team of professionals providing legal services to a client base.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve the quality and efficiency of legal services.
  • Manage consultants' performance, ensuring they meet quality and performance standards.
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Relevant practical experience in employment law, including experience of conducting tribunal hearings.
  • Leadership experience, including experience of managing a team providing professional services.
  • Excellent communication and written skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Dynamic and flexible approach, with the ability to work under pressure.
