About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Business Operations Director to join our client's leadership team in their private acute healthcare organization. As a key member of the team, you will play a pivotal role in driving overall company success, growth, and clinical excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic initiatives to drive revenue growth and enhance brand presence
- Lead the development of operational plans to maximize financial performance and improve patient care
- Collaborate with senior stakeholders to identify and prioritize business opportunities
- Provide strategic direction and leadership to the organization to maximize operational and financial performance
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years' experience at management level within a private/independent healthcare organization
- Experience building relationships with consultants and key stakeholders
- Knowledge and understanding of the wider healthcare industry
- Change management experience within a healthcare/commercial environment
- Proven delivery with EBITDA growth margins
- Leadership, team management, and strategic planning experience
- Experience dealing with CQC compliance and preparation for inspection
