About the Role

Your role as a Business Growth Manager at Acis Group Limited is to lead the growth agenda for the Group. You will identify opportunities, create new ideas, and develop strategies to support customers and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Generate growth opportunities for the wider group structure, including acquisition, market diversification, and complimentary service growth.
  • Develop new services or products that meet the changing needs of customers, communities, commissioners, and policy makers.
  • Turn stakeholder relationships into strategic partners, delivering return for customers and maximising opportunities to secure external funding.
  • Work with the Executive Leadership Team to deliver against the charitable purpose, growing services and new business opportunities.
  • Research and develop a robust prospect pipeline to meet financial and strategic targets.
Requirements
  • Full understanding of the funding and grant submission process and a proven track record of securing income through this route.
  • Experience of securing income, particularly multi-year funding to ensure full cost recovery across all areas.
  • Experience of generating diversified income through new markets and developing new models.
  • Experience of acquisitions and mergers to support business growth.
  • Proven track record of turning stakeholder relationships into productive and impactful partnerships.
