Job Summary

We are looking for a Senior Integrity Structural Engineer to lead our structural integrity team and take responsibility for delivering high-quality design solutions for a variety of mid-sized building schemes. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in structural engineering and excellent leadership skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the structural integrity team and oversee the delivery of design solutions for mid-sized building schemes.
  • Develop and implement creative design solutions that meet the needs of clients and stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with clients and internal teams to ensure effective communication and project delivery.
  • Take ownership of projects and ensure they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to junior team members.

Requirements

  • Strong background in structural engineering with a degree in a relevant field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a senior structural engineering role.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
