CK Group is seeking a highly skilled Medical Information Specialist to join their team on a contract basis for 12 months. This is a hybrid role that requires the individual to work on-site at least 2-3 days a week.
Key Responsibilities- Provide Technical and Medical Information: Offer high-quality customer service to Healthcare Professionals and patients/caregivers in the local language.
- Research and Respond to Inquiries: Accurately and completely document inquiries and responses in accordance with relevant Standard Operating Procedure (SOP)/Work Instruction (WI) and regulatory guidelines.
- Identify and Report Adverse Events: Report adverse events and product quality complaints within required timelines.
- Provide Response in Customer's Local Language: Use approved resources in English to provide responses in the customer's local language.
- Degree in Life Science/Healthcare Field: A degree in a life science or healthcare field is required.
- Pharmacy Degree Preferred: A pharmacy degree is preferred.
- Medical Information Experience: 1-2 years of medical information or relevant work experience is required.
- Customer Service Experience: Customer service experience is essential.
- Language Skills: English language and Dutch language (C1, mother tongue) are required. Any additional European language skills (German, French, Polish, Greek, Norwegian, Swedish) would be a bonus.
