About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join a successful and profitable subcontract manufacturing company based in the Northwest of England. Our client has invested heavily in new machinery and is now looking for a senior sales professional to take the company to full capacity, win new customers, and grow the business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth and expansion
  • Cultivate and maintain existing client relationships to ensure repeat business and referrals
  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities to expand the client base
  • Work closely with the existing Managing Director to develop and implement commercial growth strategies
  • Take ownership of sales targets and work towards achieving them
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a proven track record in contract engineering manufacturing service sales, with experience in CNC and axis milling services, mechanical components, and engineering. You will also need to have strong leadership qualities, a positive attitude, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
