Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Relief Chef Manager to join our team at Dine Contract Catering. As a key member of our relief team, you will be responsible for managing our kitchen operations across the UK.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage kitchen operations, ensuring high-quality food production and exceptional customer service.
  • Lead a team of chefs and kitchen staff, providing guidance and support to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Develop and implement menu plans, ensuring alignment with client requirements and company standards.
  • Conduct regular kitchen audits, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure effective communication and service delivery.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Relief Chef Manager or similar role in a contract catering environment.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Ability to work flexibly, including evenings, weekends, and bank holidays.
  • Driving license and access to a vehicle, essential for travel between sites.
