About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Relief Chef Manager to join our team at Dine Contract Catering. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day activities of our catering services across various sites.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage the onsite catering team to ensure high-quality food delivery and exceptional customer service.
  • Develop and implement menus that meet the needs and expectations of our clients, using locally sourced and sustainable ingredients.
  • Maintain a high standard of cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen and front-of-house areas.
  • Ensure compliance with food handling and hygiene standards, as well as health and safety regulations.
  • Complete weekly bookwork and reports, and manage stock levels and ordering.
About You
  • You will have previous experience as a chef manager, with a strong background in kitchen operations and management.
  • You will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with a wide range of stakeholders.
  • You will be flexible and able to adapt to changing circumstances, with a strong work ethic and a passion for delivering high-quality results.
  • You will have a valid driving license and access to a vehicle, as you will be required to travel to various sites.
