Relief Chef Manager Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Relief Chef Manager to join our team, working across the UK. As a key member of our catering team, you will be responsible for leading the onsite team at various locations, ensuring the delivery of high-quality food and exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement menus that meet the needs of our clients and customers
  • Maintain a clean and safe kitchen environment, adhering to food handling and hygiene standards
  • Manage kitchen equipment and machinery, ensuring optimal performance and efficiency
  • Conduct stock takes and ordering, ensuring accurate inventory management
  • Travel to various locations, requiring flexibility and adaptability
  • Collaborate with the team to achieve exceptional customer satisfaction and quality standards
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in a similar role, with a strong track record of delivering high-quality food and service
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire the team
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects
  • Computer literacy and proficiency in relevant software systems
