Job Title: Executive Chef

We are seeking an experienced Executive Chef to join our team at the Farnborough International Exhibition and Conference Centre. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality food and beverage services to our clients and guests.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Liaise with Senior Head Chef and Head Chef to ensure seamless food service delivery
  • Ensure compliance with all hygiene and Health & Safety Legislation and policies
  • Monitor performance of subordinates and provide timely feedback
  • Manage control of waste and maintain a clean and tidy work environment
  • Deliver menu items to the required specification and standards
  • Be competent in various catering deliverances, including managing and delivering a full menu range for large and complex events
  • Consider cost implications on menus and ensure efficient use of resources
  • Implement and manage Group Health and Safety and Fire Safety Policies, procedures, and arrangements
  • Ensure Food Safety requirements are met by you, your direct reports, and those working within your areas of responsibility
Requirements:
  • Experience in a similar position
  • Minimum City Guilds 7062 or NVQ Level 3
  • Intermediate Hygiene
  • Basic Computer Knowledge
  • Full Clean Driving License and own transport (desired but essential)
