About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chef Manager to join our relief team at Dine Contract Catering. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing the high level of delivery and expectations across every site you work at.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the Onsite Team: Manage and motivate the catering team at each site, ensuring they meet the highest standards of quality and service.
  • Deliver Exceptional Food: Prepare and present delicious, high-quality meals that exceed our clients' expectations.
  • Maintain a Clean and Safe Environment: Ensure the kitchen and front-of-house areas are clean, safe, and well-maintained.
  • Comply with Regulations: Adhere to food handling and hygiene standards, as well as health and safety regulations.
  • Manage Stock and Ordering: Conduct weekly stock takes and order supplies as needed to maintain efficient operations.
About You
  • Previous Experience: You must have a proven track record as a Chef Manager in a contract catering environment.
  • Excellent Communication: Possess excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage and build rapport with a wide range of stakeholders.
  • Flexibility and Travel: Be flexible in your approach to working hours and environment, and be willing to travel as part of the role.
  • Driving License: Hold a valid driving license and have access to a vehicle.
  • Self-Motivation: Be self-motivated and able to adapt to a changing environment.
  • Health and Safety: Understand and comply with health, safety, and environmental principles.
