The Youth Justice Service is looking for individuals who prioritize a child-first approach and can effectively balance support, compliance, and innovation. Our trauma-informed, restorative framework allows staff to provide impactful support. We are aware of our strengths and the areas where we continue to evolve. To enhance our ability to drive performance, we have introduced new roles. We are in search of:

A permanent Lead Practitioner who possesses a degree and has demonstrated experience in personnel management and executing quality assurance activities that lead to improved outcomes for children. This role will manage and utilize data, intelligence, and support functions across the Youth Justice and Engagement Services. You will have experience in creating innovative assurance tools that pinpoint strengths and areas needing improvement, as well as mobilizing swift practice responses.
