Job Overview

In the role of Intermediary Coordinator, you will play a crucial part in conducting essential background evaluations on intermediaries as a component of our onboarding procedures. Your assessment will determine their eligibility for inclusion in our intermediary panel. Additionally, you will assist in the continuous oversight of our panel by performing regular reviews to confirm that our intermediary collaborators consistently align with our standards and expectations.

As an Intermediary Coordinator, your responsibilities will include:

  • Overseeing the successful execution of our onboarding processes for new intermediaries wishing to collaborate with Together.
  • Managing the Unable to Trade Register (UTTR) to facilitate efficient handling of onboarding activities.
  • Analyzing available external and internal data sources (e.g., National Hunter) to ascertain if actions are necessary to maintain or revoke panel membership.
  • Conducting both proactive and reactive monitoring evaluations on intermediary partners to ensure ongoing compliance with Together's criteria.
  • Assisting in the Product framework by submitting commission clawback requests to intermediaries as required.
  • Supporting management in the preparation and execution of intermediary governance panel meetings.
