About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst-Organisational Change to support the development and implementation of a new Centre of Expertise for a major UK retail bank.

This role requires a strong background in process mapping, job role mapping, business design, and stakeholder management, with a preference for candidates experienced in financial services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Facilitate job role mapping and realignment of responsibilities to support smooth operational transitions across departments.
  • Support the development of the business case and implementation process for the establishment of a Centre of Expertise.
  • Capture, validate, and document business and system requirements ensuring they are in line with key strategic principles.
  • Identify, track, manage, and mitigate any project Risks, Assumptions, Issues and Dependencies.
  • Identify and analyse risk, issues and dependencies around transitional and future state designs and proactively highlight to a Project Manager / Programme Manager as necessary.
  • Identify opportunity for process automation and design solutions and processes to minimise operational inefficiencies.
  • Create process maps and develop operating models to support change embedding into BAU.
  • Build and maintain a positive working relationship with stakeholders across multiple franchises and functions and at different levels of hierarchy.
Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Business Analyst, ideally in a financial services or banking environment.
  • Experience in organisational change management, including job role realignment and transitioning people across departments.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills.
  • Process Mapping and Business Design.
  • Strong expertise in stakeholder management and the ability to influence and manage relationships across multiple functions and hierarchy levels.
