Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Domiciliary Care Manager to join our team at Compass Associates. As a Senior Branch Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and maintaining an excellent service within a large branch in Bishops Stortford, with a strong commercial acumen to help successfully grow the business.

About the Role:

  • Lead a team to provide high-quality, domiciliary care services to elderly individuals nationwide.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve service delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Manage and maintain a strong commercial acumen to drive business growth.
  • Ensure compliance with CQC regulations and standards.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients, stakeholders, and partners.
  • Provide coaching and development opportunities to team members.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record in providing high-quality service delivery.
  • Strong understanding of CQC regulations and standards.
  • Experience in leading a team to provide quality, domiciliary care services.
  • Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care or equivalent.
  • Full UK driver's license.
  • Excellent influencing and communication skills.
  • Strong organizational, planning, and time management skills.
  • Ability to work flexibly to meet business demands.
