Key Responsibilities
- Manage processes to ensure they are correctly followed, controlled, and documented.
- Maintain compliance with internal quality standards, regulatory requirements, and the expectations of contract holders.
- Ensure the highest level of care and service is delivered.
Requirements
- Level 5 Health and Social Care qualification.
- Experience managing a care facility, ideally in domiciliary care.
- Efficient, organised, and experienced manager with a passion for delivering high-quality community care.
- Solid understanding of the statutory and regulatory framework governing our services.
- Strong budget management, business acumen, and commercial skills.
