About the Role:

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Domiciliary Care Manager to join our team as a Registered Branch Manager. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing and maintaining an excellent service within a large branch, providing person-centred care to elderly individuals nationwide.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and maintain an excellent service within a large branch
  • Provide person-centred care to elderly individuals nationwide
  • Develop and implement strategies to grow the business
  • Lead a team to provide quality, domiciliary care services
  • Ensure compliance with CQC regulations and standards
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
  • Monitor and evaluate the performance of the branch

Requirements:

  • Proven track record in providing high-quality care services
  • Strong understanding of CQC regulations and standards
  • Experience in leading a team to provide quality, domiciliary care services
  • Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care or equivalent
  • Strong organisational, communication, and planning skills
  • Flexible to meet the demands of the business
