About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate individual to join our team as a Store Colleague. As a key member of our pet care centre team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring our customers have a great experience that sets us apart and drives customer loyalty for our great brands.

Your Responsibilities

As a Store Colleague, you will be responsible for:

  • Exceeding customer expectations daily
  • Ensuring the highest standard of pet care
  • Building strong relationships with customers and colleagues
  • Working a flexible shift pattern across 7 days a week
  • Receiving a minimum contract of 20 hours, with opportunities to work more hours to cover busy periods, absences, and holidays

What We're Looking For

We are looking for individuals who are passionate about delivering great service, flexible, and able to work in a fast-paced retail environment. Ideally, you will have experience working in a customer-facing environment and be comfortable working in a target-driven environment. We also offer industry-leading training covering all aspects of the role, including handling and caring for pets, customer service, and health and safety.
