About the Role

We're seeking a skilled and passionate individual to join our Pets at Home team as an Assistant Stylist in East Grinstead. As a key member of our grooming team, you'll play a vital role in delivering exceptional pet care and customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-quality pet grooming services, including handling techniques, equipment usage, and pre-grooming preparation.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure seamless customer experiences and efficient salon operations.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge.
  • Contribute to maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for pets and customers.

Requirements
  • Passion for delivering exceptional pet care and customer service.
  • Flexibility to work a varied shift pattern across 6 days a week, with a minimum contract of 39 hours.
  • Experience working with dogs in a professional dog grooming or pet care environment (desirable but not essential).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
