About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and passionate individual to join our team as a Pet Care Assistant in our East Grinstead salon. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional pet care and customer service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver high-quality pet care and grooming services to our clients
  • Assist with the preparation and clipping of dogs for grooming, including handling techniques and equipment usage
  • Provide excellent customer service and ensure a positive experience for our clients
  • Work collaboratively with the team to achieve sales and customer service targets
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge

Requirements

  • Passion for delivering exceptional pet care and customer service
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays
  • Previous experience in a customer-facing role or pet care environment (desirable)
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Commitment to ongoing learning and development
