About the Role

We're looking for a skilled and passionate Pet Care Assistant to join our team at Pets at Home Group Plc. As an Assistant Stylist, you'll play a critical role in delivering exceptional pet care and customer service in our busy grooming salons.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver high-quality pet care and grooming services to our customers
  • Assist with dog handling, preparation, and clipping
  • Provide excellent customer service and ensure a positive experience for our customers
  • Work collaboratively with the team to achieve sales and customer service targets

Requirements

  • Experience working with dogs in a professional environment (desirable)
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work a flexible shift pattern, including weekends
  • Basic knowledge of dog grooming and handling techniques
