About the Role

A Solutions Manager is required to join Arc IT Recruitment, a leading software development company. This is a pivotal role that is busy and varied and involves client engagement, product management, and strategic marketing.

Main Responsibilities
  • Client Engagement: Build strong relationships with clients through regular meetings and engage with key decision-makers to understand their needs and expectations.
  • Process Management: Analyze the competitive landscape and gather client feedback for service improvement, ensuring that our services meet the highest standards.
  • External Representation: Represent the company at conferences and networking events, showcasing our expertise and building our reputation in the industry.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with marketing and sales teams on strategic initiatives, ensuring that our message is consistent and effective.
  • Content Management: Manage content areas on our website and generate marketing materials, highlighting our services and expertise.
  • Support: Respond to client and developer inquiries, providing timely and effective support to ensure that our clients are satisfied.
  • Training: Together with the rest of the team, provide client training, ensuring that our clients have the skills and knowledge they need to get the most out of our services.
  • Requirements Analysis: Translate business requirements into development specifications, ensuring that our development team has a clear understanding of the requirements.
