Job Description:

**Domestic Abuse Support Team Leader Role**

We are currently working in partnership with a leading Housing Association to appoint a Domestic Abuse Support Team Leader on a permanent basis. This will be a full-time position based in a hybrid working environment, with a salary of £31,273.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage up to 8 support staff day-to-day across 5 services
  • Keep records across all services, ensuring everything is logged that needs to be
  • Refer matters to Service Managers where needed
  • Act on any concerns relating to Child Protection and the Protection of Vulnerable Adults
  • Keep up to date with current trends and hot topics in the domestic support and abuse sectors

Requirements:

  • Experience in management
  • Experience working with customers who have been impacted by Domestic Abuse

Working Hours:

Monday – Friday, 9am-5pm
