Apetito Limited is seeking a highly skilled Finance Operations Manager to join its Finance department. As a key member of the team, you will play a crucial role in leading the Transactional Teams and coordinating various duties with internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement process improvements to drive operational excellence and support business growth.
  • Lead the Transactional Teams to optimize financial operations, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  • Collaborate with the franchise network and internal departments to resolve data records, invoicing, and contract queries.
  • Manage P-card transactions and reconciliations, as well as debt review meetings and aged debt reporting.
  • Liaise with the IT department on EDI and invoicing matters, and with Sales and Customer Services on customer account issues.
  • Take a lead on projects relevant to the transactional teams, ensuring best practices and procedures are implemented.
About You
  • Essential:
    • Great attention to detail with a high level of accuracy in financial data.
    • Proven ability in managing and developing a team.
    • Strong communication skills, a natural leader.
    • Problem solver.
    • Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Desirable:
    • AAT Level 4 qualified or equivalent qualification.
    • Experience of working with SAP accounting packages.
    • Experience of working with Microsoft Dynamics 2009.
    • Ability to use Microsoft Word and Excel to an advanced level.
