Job Title: Finance Team Manager

Overview

Apetito Limited is seeking a highly skilled Finance Team Manager to join our Finance department. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in leading the Transactional Teams and coordinating a wide range of duties with multiple internal and external customer touch points.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the teams to drive operational excellence and support our growth trajectory.
  • Develop and implement processes to optimize financial operations, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  • Manage the processing of recharges to the franchise network and raise invoices to specific franchises.
  • Work in partnership with the franchise network and other internal departments to assist with data records, invoicing, or contract queries.
  • Manage P-card transactions and reconciliations, and oversee debt review meetings.
  • Liaise with the IT department on EDI and invoicing matters, and with Sales and Customer Services on customer account issues.
  • Take a lead on projects relevant to the transactional teams and ensure best practices and procedures are implemented.
Requirements
  • Great attention to detail with a high level of accuracy in financial data.
  • Proven ability in managing and developing a team.
  • Strong communication skills, a natural leader.
  • Problem solver with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to use Microsoft Word and Excel to an advanced level.
