We're seeking a skilled Receptionist to provide exceptional customer service at our Premier Inn in Reading. As the face of our hotel, you'll be responsible for ensuring a warm and welcoming experience for our guests.

About the Role:

As a Receptionist, you'll be the first point of contact for our guests, handling check-ins, check-outs, and resolving any issues that may arise. You'll work closely with the housekeeping team to ensure rooms are prepared to the highest standard.

What You'll Do:

  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to guest queries and resolving issues promptly.
  • Manage the front desk, handling check-ins, check-outs, and room assignments.
  • Work collaboratively with the housekeeping team to ensure rooms are prepared to the highest standard.
  • Process payments, handle cash and credit transactions, and maintain accurate records.
  • Stay up-to-date with hotel policies, procedures, and promotions to provide guests with the best possible experience.
