Key Responsibilities
- Curate and organize intricate travel arrangements for clients.
- Draft and refine written content using established templates.
- Manage schedules for Talent Managers and Senior Talent Managers.
- Engage with high-level executives from external organizations.
- Support Talent Managers and Senior Talent Managers in their daily tasks and collaborate with fellow assistants/coordinators on operational matters.
- Collaborate with Talent Managers and Senior Talent Managers to present clients for brand partnerships and opportunities.
- Assist in securing opportunities for our current roster of talent.
- Help manage and nurture existing client relationships and oversee daily talent campaigns.
- Lead and assist in processes related to the Insanity Group roster.
- Conduct research on potential clients, brands, social media platforms, and industry competition.
- Address inquiries and direct them to the appropriate manager.
- Contribute to the creation of new online resources and initiatives.
- Perform errands and miscellaneous tasks to support the team and clients as needed.
- Maintain databases and administrative systems.
Qualifications
Essential:
- Strong interest in the entertainment industry.
- Ability to prioritize tasks effectively and manage time to meet deadlines.
- Proficient in IT applications (Word, Microsoft, Excel, Mail, PowerPoint) and cloud-based services (Gsuite).
- Meticulous attention to detail.
- Proven experience in crafting emails and communication, with validation from senior staff or clients.
- Exceptional planning and logistical skills.
- Outstanding organizational abilities.
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills.
