Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Junior Talent Coordinator to join our team at Known Model Management. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our established models and utilizing industry-specific software to manage and track their careers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Utilize software for data management and tracking to ensure accurate and up-to-date information on our models' schedules, bookings, and other important details.
  • Provide administrative support in various day-to-day tasks and projects, including but not limited to, responding to emails, making travel arrangements, and coordinating logistics.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of marketing strategies to promote our models and increase their visibility in the industry.
  • Collaborate with our team to identify and pursue new business opportunities and partnerships.
  • Participate in company events and contribute to a positive and dynamic work environment.

Requirements

  • Proficiency in English and Spanish (additional languages are a plus) to effectively communicate with our models, clients, and other stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with the fashion industry, Salesforce, and photography, or a willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes.
  • Basic knowledge of software applications, including Microsoft Office and Google Suite.

Internship Details

  • Schedule: Monday to Friday, with flexible hours to accommodate the needs of our models and clients.
  • This is an unpaid internship, however, it provides a unique opportunity to gain valuable experience and skills in the fashion industry, with the potential to lead to a paid full-time position with our team.
