Job Title: Talent Coordinator

At Insanity Talent Management, we're looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Talent Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for coordinating travel plans, managing diaries, and communicating with high-level personnel.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Curate and book complex travel plans for clients
  • Write and edit copy using predesigned templates
  • Manage diaries for Talent Managers, Senior Talent Managers, and Insanity clients
  • Communicate with high-level personnel at external companies
  • Assist Talent Managers and Senior Talent Managers with daily duties and work with other assistants/coordinators on daily operations
  • Pitch clients for brand collaborations and opportunities
  • Secure opportunities for existing roster of talent clients
  • Manage and nurture existing clients and run day-to-day talent campaigns
  • Research potential clients, brands, social media platforms, and competition
  • Respond to queries and filter to the appropriate manager
  • Contribute to the development of new online resources and projects
  • Run errands and perform miscellaneous tasks to support the team and clients
  • Manage databases and maintain admin systems

Requirements:

  • Keen interest in the entertainment business
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and time manage, staying on top of deadlines
  • Competent IT skills, both with applications and cloud-based services
  • Keen eye for detail
  • Demonstrable experience in curating emails and communication skills
  • Excellent competency in planning and logistics
  • Outstanding organizational skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Motivated, tenacious, ambitious, and willing to learn
  • Ability to thrive under pressure, remain calm in situations, and multitask
