Early Talent Programs Associate

Fitch Group's Global Talent team is seeking an Early Talent Programs Associate to support the development and implementation of our internship and graduate training pipeline programs.

The successful candidate will collaborate with the business, HR, and other Talent Team members to provide administrative support and logistical coordination for our programs. This includes documenting and tracking program activity, processing hiring and rotation requirements, managing performance reviews, and organizing learning events.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Program administration, including ensuring program requirements are met and participants are supported.
  2. Organizational support, including documentation, tracking, and coordination of program activities.
  3. Collaboration with the business, HR, and other Talent Team members to provide administrative support and logistical coordination.
  4. Support to other areas of the Talent Team function, including Learning & Development.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record of rigorous planning, time management, and organizational skills.
  • Experience of coordinating meetings across multiple geographies and time zones.
  • Comfortable leveraging data and Excel to reflect program successes and opportunities for growth.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, Word & PowerPoint.
