Job Title: Registered Manager Learning Disabilities

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced and quality-focused Registered Manager to lead our residential and supported living service in the Preston area. The successful candidate will have prior experience as a Registered Manager, preferably in Learning Disabilities, and a strong understanding of CQC regulations, health and social care legislation, and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of staff to deliver high-quality person-centered care
  • Develop and implement care plans that meet the needs of service users
  • Ensure compliance with CQC regulations and health and social care legislation
  • Collaborate with other professionals to achieve outstanding care outcomes

Requirements:

  • Prior experience as a Registered Manager (preferably in Learning Disabilities)
  • QCF Level 5 Leadership and Management/Registered Managers Award/NVQ Level 4 Health and Social Care (preferred)
  • Strong staff management skills
  • Excellent knowledge of CQC regulations, health and social care legislation, and regulatory requirements
