We are seeking an experienced and quality-focused Registered Manager to lead our residential and supported living service in the Preston area.
The service provides care for adults with Learning Disabilities, Autism, and Physical Disabilities, aiming to encourage service users to live as independently as possible.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing residential and supported living services, with a focus on quality and excellence.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Leading a team of staff to deliver high-quality care and support
- Developing and implementing care plans to meet individual needs
- Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and standards
