Teach and Inspire in a Rewarding Prison Environment

We are seeking a passionate Vocational Tutor to join our client's team in a prison setting. As a Vocational Tutor, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the lives of adult learners.

About the Role

This is a full-time commitment of 37.5 hours per week, with flexible working options available. You will be responsible for delivering engaging lessons, innovating curriculum, and supporting learners in acquiring vital skills in English, maths, and citizenship.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver dynamic, non-accredited courses to adult learners
  • Develop and tailor curriculum to enhance learning experiences
  • Support learners in acquiring vital skills
  • Foster high levels of participation and attendance
  • Maintain precise and up-to-date learner records
  • Share industry expertise and bring real-world insights to teaching
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure exceptional satisfaction rates
What We're Looking For

We are looking for a teaching professional with a passion for education and a commitment to making a difference. A teaching qualification and assessor qualification are preferred but not mandatory. A minimum of 3 years of vocational experience in the hospitality and catering industry is required.
