We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Sessional Lecturer in Bricklaying at Norwich City College.
About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity to share your industry expertise and experience with our learners, helping them to develop the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in the construction trades.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality teaching and training to students on our Bricklaying Level 1 courses
- Develop and maintain a safe and supportive learning environment
- Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback
- Contribute to the development of course materials and resources
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A level 3 qualification or above in a relevant subject
- Significant vocational or industrial experience in Bricklaying
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A passion for teaching and training
